Design and implement post-quantum cryptographic accelerator cores in RTL. Experience with NTT engines, lattice-based cryptography hardware, or high-performance arithmetic units preferred.
Develop and validate PQC IP cores on Xilinx and Intel FPGA platforms. Own the FPGA prototyping pipeline from RTL through bitstream generation and performance characterization.
Build and maintain UVM testbenches for cryptographic IP cores. Develop constrained-random verification environments and formal verification strategies for security-critical logic.
Own the QuantaCore SDK architecture across 8 language bindings. Design the unified API surface, hardware abstraction layer, and software fallback paths.
Develop Linux and Windows kernel drivers for QUAC-100, QuantaM2, and QuantaHSM. PCIe driver development, DMA engines, and secure memory management.
Implement and optimize NIST PQC algorithms in software and firmware. Side-channel resistant implementations, constant-time coding, and formal security analysis.
Build the developer portal, documentation platform, and management dashboards for Dyber products. Modern web stack, real-time hardware telemetry visualization.
Lead enterprise sales for Dyber's hardware and software portfolio. Build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and procurement leaders at Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions.
Drive federal and defense sales for Dyber products. Experience with GSA schedules, SBIR/STTR, and DoD procurement processes. Active security clearance preferred.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with semiconductor companies, cloud providers, system integrators, and channel partners for Dyber's product ecosystem.
Lead the engineering organization across hardware, software, and verification teams. Set technical strategy, manage the product roadmap, and scale the team from early stage through production.
Build and lead the sales organization from the ground up. Define go-to-market strategy across enterprise, government, and OEM channels. Report directly to the CEO.
